End of Year Giving
This has been a year where there has been a lot of BAD and for many of us, a year in which we wished we could do more: do more good, have more impact, help others more.
I know that you all have the causes you support, the charities you are involved with, the arts institutions, schools, medical facilities, and political causes that you all support and that strive to make this moment and our world better.
Still, here are a few charities where any contribution, be it $10, $25 or more, will make a difference and to which contributing will make you feel better.
Connecting to Cure is a charity that Stacy Dylan co-founded that supports those suffering from Crohn’s & Colitis and funds research into treatment and potential cures.

I would be remiss if I didn’t encourage you to support the film series of films about the Holocaust that I curate and host each summer at Holocaust Museum Los Angeles

Finally, I spend a good part of each day listening to music from beloved radio sources:
KCRW and Morning Becomes Eclectic, KCSN 88.5 The SoCal Sound, KJazz 88.1 FM’s Nothing But the Blues, and WWOZ in New Orleans. All of these provide great music, and great curation, and they all need your donations — or perhaps there is your local NPR radio station
